Perfect Blend for a Coffee Drinking Friend

While browsing the Internet last night I saw this cute treat pouch from stampingjo.  I had to make it tonight.  The crumb cake card stock is cut at 3 1/2 x 11 and scored at 6 1/4 and 7 1/4.  I really like the way it turned out.

Get Well Wishes

Back again with another card.  I think it is one of the prettiest cards I have done in awhile.  I saw it on Splitcoast Stampers and couldn't wait to make one.  For someone in ICU who is unable to receive flowers, this card is perfect.  Using Stampin Up doilies and the Flower Shop stamp set and pansy punch, it went together quickly.

Hope you will give it a try.

Some New Projects

In my first post I had said I would be back tomorrow, but it is now a month later and I am just now finding time to post again.  Uuuggghhh - where does the time go?  I have been busy making cards and 3D projects the last couple of weeks and wanted to share a few with you.

The gift bag and tag pictured below were made using designer series paper from the Birthday Basics designer series paper pack from Stampin' Up!

The following cards were shown during my July stamp clubs.  The card on the left uses the new 2013-2015 In Colors.  The card on the right features a flower made with the Simply Pressed Clay that was colored with reinker.

And these were our club cards for July.  The card on the left was made using the Wetlands stamp set with a water wash background - a perfect masculine card.  The card on the right uses the new Smoky Slate and Pistacchio pudding colors.  Everyone loved the color combination.

And finally a sneak peek of one of the August club cards.  Love the technique used to make the card and Elegant Eggplant color.

If I can just get this blogging thing down - you may see updates more often and some links in the future.  Wish me luck!

June 26, 2013

I have finally jumped on the blogger bandwagon.  I have just entered my fifth year as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and decided it was now or never.  Actually, I am on vacation this week so the extra time has helped me to get my blog started.

I host monthly card clubs in my home and this month's cards are pictured below.

I love the new 2013-2015 In Colors and Simply Pressed Clay.  They worked so well together in these cards.  I will be back again tomorrow with more card samples that I shared with my clubs this month.  I think this blogging thing will be addictive..... lol
